When reporting a problem, it helps a lot to include: your device and OS version, the app version from Settings, the source format and the output format you picked, and roughly how big the file was.

Which formats are supported?

Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, GIF, TIFF, BMP, ICO. On Mac also ICNS.

Video: MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI, M4V, FLV, TS, MPG, 3GP, ProRes 422 and ProRes 4444, plus video to animated GIF.

Audio: MP3, AAC, M4A, FLAC, WAV, AIFF, ALAC, AC3, OGG Vorbis, Opus, WavPack. Audio can also be extracted from a video.

Documents and data: PDF, TXT, RTF, Markdown, CSV, TSV, JSON, YAML, XML.

Subtitles: SRT, VTT, ASS.

Archives: converted files can be bundled into ZIP, TAR or TAR.GZ.

That is 48 formats on iPhone and iPad, and 49 on Mac. The format picker only ever offers you targets that actually work for the file you selected, so if a format is not listed for your file, that conversion is not supported.

Does it work offline?

Yes, always. ConvertAll has no online mode. Every conversion runs on your device, and the app makes no network requests at all. Airplane mode changes nothing.

Where do my converted files go?

Into ConvertAll's Queue first, where each finished file gets a row. From there you can save it to Photos, save it to Files, or send it through the share sheet. Files you never export stay inside the app and go away if you delete it.

How does the trial work?

The app is free to download and gives you 90 days of full access, with no payment details required up front. Everything works during that period, including Premium themes and icons so you can see what they look like. When the 90 days are up, you pick a purchase to keep converting.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard unlocks the app itself: every conversion, every format, the batch queue, presets, widgets, Shortcuts, history. Nothing about converting files is held back.

Premium is Standard plus the appearance extras: custom color themes, custom accent colors, and alternate app icons. Note that alternate app icons are an iOS and iPadOS feature; Apple does not support them on Mac.
